Meet Donyale!
Donyale Mills is a seasoned notary and real estate professional who previously served as the Florida Advisor for Notary Academy, mentoring notaries for over two years. She holds notary commissions in Maryland, Virginia, and Florida and is a Notary Signing Agent certified through the National Notary Association.
She also served as the Loan Signing System Ambassador for the DMV region (Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia), where she trained and inspired thousands of notaries through hands-on mentorship and real-world expertise.
Donyale is the former owner of Charter Ink Signings, a nationwide signing service she operated for 5 years, known for connecting notaries with opportunities across the country while maintaining high industry standards.
Her background includes holding a Maryland real estate license, working as a top-producing transaction coordinator for Redfin, and gaining experience in residential and commercial property management and real estate marketing.
Through her leadership in both the DMV and Florida, Donyale has helped launch and guide the careers of many successful notaries. She is committed to equipping notaries and loan signing agents with the tools, knowledge, and mindset needed for long-term success.
