Meet Laura
Laura Biewer is the owner of At Your Service Mobile Notary located in CA since 2004 and has performed over 35K notarizations. She is often engaged as an expert witness in CA for court cases involving notarization.
Laura is also the Founder of Coach Me Laura and co-creator of CNTDA Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent program. Through Laura’s Inner Circle and TNT live calls, she helps notaries become more confident and competent at their core function of notarization for their specific state. Laura is the author of 2 bestselling books, Beyond Loan Signings and The Compassionate Notary. She is thrilled with her most recent honors Master Notary for the Notary Guild and this year’s 2026 National Notary of the Year.

Jen Neitzel is the founder of Marketing4Notaries and co-creator of the Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent (CNTDA) program, helping notaries and mobile entrepreneurs build profitable businesses through relationship-driven marketing.
Her signature 5 Point Marketing System has helped thousands of professionals boost visibility and build lasting referral networks. In 2025, she published her first book, On The Move: The Relationship-Driven 5 Point Marketing Solution for Mobile Business Success. She also co-hosts Tuesday Notary Titans (TNT) with Laura Biewer, the longest-running free coaching program for notaries in the U.S. since 2018. Known for her direct style, quick wit, and practical, real-world approach, Jen believes business growth comes from consistency, genuine relationships, and trust.
